LYME SYMPTOM RELIEF
Studies have shown infrared saunas can relieve lyme symptoms of fatigue and pain.
We take sanitation seriously. Our infrared saunas are intended to be used by one or two people at a time.
After each use, staff uses an all-natural sanitizing solution to wipe down the sauna from top to bottom in addition to all high touch surface areas in the room. Each guest is provided with 2 towels, one to sit on and one to wrap your body in. You will also be provided with robe and slippers to use during your stay.
PREPARATION FOR AN APPOINTMENT
The Day of Your Sauna:
We recommend eating and drinking something small prior to your appointment, but allowing at least 30 minutes to digest before you enter.
Avoid caffeine for at least 4 hours before sauna for the most relaxing experience. Stay hydrated throughout the day.
Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to sauna.
During the Appointment:
Arrive early if it’s your first visit.
Remove all of your clothing and jewelry. We encourage clients to sauna nude, but feel free to bring a swimsuit if you prefer. Towels are available to wrap yourself in.
We recommend showering before entering the sauna.
Enter the sauna and use the touch screen to select your choice of program and music.
Sessions last for 50 min to allow for time to prepare yourself on either end.
Pay attention to your body. Some may wish to stay in the sauna for less than the full session.
Shower again and get dressed.
We provide spa sandals, towels and a locker room to get ready in.
