Discover Your Best Self. Our fitness classes help you get in better shape through exercise in a group environment or fitness class. The camaraderie of a class and the motivation, instruction and expertise of the instructor can ensure you get the most out of your workout. With options including different forms of aerobics, strengths training and toning, you're sure to find a fitness class to suit you.

The TRX® Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.  You will also use kettlebells, free weights and perform body weight exercises for an incredible full body workout.

Barre is a low impact total body workout that brings amazing benefits for your body, mind, and soul.  The unique combination of high-energy strengthening and stretching results in a strong, lean, flexible and balanced body.  It fuses Pilates, Yoga and interval conditioning into one calorie torching workout by using isometric and focused movements to effectively target specific problem areas like the glutes, abdomen, arms, and thighs.

BODY SCULPT

Body sculpting, also called weight training, resistance training or strength training, is a form of exercise which uses external weight or resistance or your own body weight to stress the muscles. The end result is newly toned or sculpted muscles. Body sculpting can help you get in shape, tone the body and lose weight.
