Kristen Carlson is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach, Nutritional Chef, Yoga Teacher, working on an MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She works with her clients individually to help them feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally. By identifying specific lifestyle goals and creating individualized wellness plans that hold clients accountable, clients overcome lifestyle obstacles, achieve their health and wellness goals, and feel better mentally, physically, emotionally.
