Discover the science of Ayurveda, one of the oldest holistic medicines in the world.   In this 3-hour workshop, we will explore the basic principles of Ayurveda and how they can be applied to our daily lives.

Start the morning off with Dennis' Mindful Flow class and stay, or join us afterward for a home cooked vegetarian Indian brunch and the chance to get to know one another better.

This is a 90-minute vinyasa yoga flow with a Rock ‘n Roll soundtrack followed by a social hour with friends!

Class admission includes all props necessary for 90 minute yoga class led by Karen. followed by happy hour beverages – choose

*1 glass of sparkling cider (non-alcoholic).

Yoga Nidra is a meditation that exists between the realm of sleep & consciousness. Following gentle verbal cues, you enter a state of consciousness that promotes deep relaxation.  

Ideal for those suffering from insomnia, anxiety, or high levels of stress.  This workshop opens with gentle yoga, followed by meditation.   Learn more about the benefits of yoga nidra. 

 

No previous yoga experience necessary. Appropriate for all levels & abilities.

This is a multi level course and beginners are welcome. Maija will take you through a series of intervals from sprints to hills with a lot of intensity in between for 60 minutes. This is a fun and challenging class that will leave you drenched in sweat.

 

With any indoor cycling class, you will be encouraged to work at your level and go at your pace.  

 

Stay for Total TRX at 9:45am and pay only $18 for both classes!
