Destination Health is proud to now offer concierge physical therapy and sports medicine services with Lt. Col. David Feltwell. David is a retired Army physical therapist who has been practicing for 25 years. He has been board certified in orthopedic physical therapy for 20 years. He has certifications and experience in a variety of treatment approaches focusing on movement therapy and diagnosis including the McKenzie Method of mechanical diagnosis and therapy. He has expertise in physical performance training and has coached, taught and written extensively on physical performance optimization for military and civilian audiences. David has degrees from the University of Sussex in England, Baylor University, and the Naval War College. He is a six-time ironman-distance triathlete who loves to travel and tries his best to keep up with his wife and three grown daughters
