Welcome spring – warmer weather, budding flowers, and eager Mainers! We know you are ready to get outside, but we are here to help you savor the springtime by including practices that truly revitalize your body while shaking off the winter blah.
In April, Destination Health and Yoga instructor Karen Roper are excited to offer the opportunity to flow and let go for all levels of practitioners. Both classes will be 90 minutes: 50 minutes of movement (tailored to the class level) to warm the body followed by 40 minutes of deeply supported restorative postures. During the restorative portion of class, Karen will offer optional essential oil blends designed for spring as well as teacher assists to nurture your budding spirit.
Saturday, April 14 Noon-130 pm: FOUNDATIONS
This class is appropriate for both those new to yoga and seasoned yogis alike. Warming practice will be gentle and move at a slower pace.
Saturday, April 28 Noon- 130 pm: INTERMEDIATE

Each class is limited to 12 participants to allow for quality assists during restorative poses. Pre-registration strongly recommended.
