*This class is designed to give you the “basics” needed to go on and take any TRX class. Keep in mind that because you’re using your own body weight, and controlling the angles and movements yourself, this is for all fitness levels.
Sat 9:45am (60 min. class/ $12 drop in or package of 10 classes for $100)
The TRX® Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. You will also use kettlebells, free weights and perform body weight exercises for an incredible full body workout. This class is 60 minutes long and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Thurs 4:00pm (60 min. class/ $12 drop in or package of 10 classes for $100)
This class is an excellent class for those who have never dared to try an indoor cycling class. You will be shown beginner to advanced modifications through a series of hills and sprints with endurance work. You will burn a ton of calories and leave class feeling stronger and stress free. All levels are welcome and modifications will be shown.
Mon & Wed 5:30pm (90 min class/ $16 drop in or package of 10 classes for $140)
This is a multi level course and beginners are welcome. You will be taken through a series of intervals from sprints to hills with a lot of intensity in between for 60 minutes followed by core strengthening on the mat or with the TRX. This is a fun and challenging class that will leave you drenched in sweat. With any indoor cycling class, you will be encouraged to work at your level and go at your pace. Your abs and lower back are the vital foundation from which all movement, including the pedal stroke stems. Build a stable core with about 15 minutes of killer core conditioning following your ride. You are welcome to come for just the ride, or enjoy the complete workout.
Lunch Express TRX (30 min)(Last class is on Thur April 27; class will resume in the fall)
Tues & Thurs 12:00 (30 min/ $6 drop in or package of 10 for $50)
This is a workout designed for anyone wanting to take advantage of a lunch break. We will be using the TRX suspension training system to focus on a full body workout as well as doing TRX pilates to bring strength and balance to your core. If you love pilates and you want to strengthen and tone your entire body, this is the class for you.
Full of energy through dance tunes and moves, this workout brings down the house! The hour is full of a range of music with many levels of technique. Through non-verbal instruction, this class is truly a dance party. No dance experience required; just a love for music, sweating, and smiling with your friends!

all fitness packages can be used for other fitness classes as long as they are in the same category….i.e. 60 minute package can be used for any 60 minute fitness classes.
