About Our Business
Sheridy Olson, L.M.T. is the owner and founder of Destination
Health. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified personal
trainer. She has over 10 years of experience working in the health
& fitness industry with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology and a minor in
Athletic Training from the University of Maine. She studied
massage therapy at the American Institute of Massage Therapy in
Ft. Lauderdale, FL and received her National License in 1997.
Sheridy started Destination Health in Sarasota, FL where she
resided for 6 years. Her business has taken her as far as the
Mediterranean before settling down on beautiful Mount Desert
Island with her husband, Mike.
Debi Sanguedolces, L.M.T. has been a licensed massage therapist
for five years with a National License and Florida State license.
She is a member of the International Institute of Reflexology and a
graduate of Sarasota School of Massage. Debi studied reflexology
in the rural Ozarks of Northern Arkansas where she also learned
about the fascinating world of herbal medicine. She is currently
studying the Art and Science of Herbology and it is her intention
through her practice to guide clients to their inner voice of perfect
health through the use of Therapeutic Massage, Aromatherapy, and
Reflexology.
